Model 55 Univane CompressorParker's line of Univane™ Compressors, developed for the fuel cell industry, is designed for applications requiring high-volume flow at low pressures, such as hydrogen recirculation. The compressors employ patented technology that reduces the friction that plagues ordinary sliding vane compressors, making the Univane compressor more mechanically efficient. This design drastically reduces particulate emission compared to standard sliding vane compressors, making it a perfect fit for fuel cells, where cleanliness is a concern.
