3D printing

The Poly-Jet 3D printing system provides functional prototype parts that are extremely accurate with clean, smooth surfaces. Material options include an acrylic-based photo-polymer for solid parts and a silicone rubber-like material for prototyping elastomer seals. The The accuracy of the printer makes it ideal for functional micro-fluidic prototypes and can scale up for printing anything that will fit into a 14 x 14 x 8 inch envelope.

The rapid prototype machining cell is equipped with a variety of CNC controlled milling and turning centers. These machines enable design engineers to go directly from solid models to machined parts.
